爪印相机 ("we", "us", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our application.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal data.
爪印相机 processes all photos entirely on your device using Apple's native frameworks (Vision, CoreImage). No images or personal information are uploaded to any server.
2. Face Data
Some features of 爪印相机 (such as portrait cutout, ID photo, meme creation, and style transfer) use Apple's built-in Vision framework to detect faces in photos. We want to be fully transparent about how face-related data is handled:
- What face data is used: The App uses Apple's Vision framework to detect face positions, landmarks, and boundaries within photos you provide. This is used solely to perform the photo editing feature you selected (e.g., cropping around a face for ID photos, or detecting a subject for cutout).
- On-device processing only: All face detection and analysis is performed entirely on your device using Apple's native APIs. No face data, facial features, biometric data, or any derived information is ever uploaded, transmitted, or sent to any external server.
- No collection or storage: The App does not collect, store, or save any face data. Face detection results exist only temporarily in device memory while you are actively using the editing feature. Once you leave the feature or close the App, all face detection data is immediately discarded from memory.
- No sharing with third parties: Face data is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party. The App does not integrate any third-party face recognition, analytics, or advertising SDKs.
- No biometric identification: The App does not perform facial recognition or create facial identity profiles. Face detection is used only for photo editing purposes (locating faces within images) and cannot be used to identify individuals.
- Retention period: Face data is retained only in volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of the active editing session. There is zero persistence — no face data is written to disk, databases, or any form of permanent storage.
3. Camera and Photo Library Access
The App requests the following permissions solely for the purpose of photo editing:
- Camera — To take pet photos directly within the App.
- Photo Library (Read) — To select existing photos for editing.
- Photo Library (Write) — To save edited photos back to your photo library.
Photos accessed through these permissions are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
4. In-App Purchases
爪印相机 offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
6. Data Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- Purchase status (whether Pro has been unlocked)
- Feature usage counts (for free trial tracking)
This data is stored in your device's local storage and is not accessible to us.
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect any data, the App is safe for users of all ages.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
